  • Brand health and funnel metrics: Establish measurement, translate insights into strategy, and grow awareness, affinity, and engagement.
  • Storytelling and campaigns: Lead breakthrough, integrated campaigns that elevate how current and future members connect with the brand.
  • Agency leadership: Own the brand agency relationship—set the strategy, foster creative excellence, and deliver integrated work that moves the needle.
  • Partnerships: Build a brand partnership strategy with like-minded organizations to drive co-branded campaigns, member value, and community impact.
  • Social as a brand channel: Oversee social strategy to reflect brand values, deepen engagement, and amplify campaigns and partnerships.
  • Cross-functional influence: Champion brand across the enterprise; collaborate with senior leaders to ensure a unified, impactful presence.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team across brand strategy and execution, social media, and community relations.
  • Executive partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner on brand evolution, positioning, and long-term growth.
  • Culture: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, outcomes-driven team dynamic.

People leadership

  • Directly manage Brand, Community Relations, and Social teams.
  • Develop talent and teams; improve processes; monitor quality; reduce costs; and deliver results against objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; resolve issues and lead change.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in brand marketing, brand partnerships, brand media, and/or social strategy.
  • 5+ years in supervisory or people leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading cross-channel brand campaigns with in-house and agency creative partners.
  • Experience in membership-based and customer-centric organizations.

Your toolkit

  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator; protector of brand integrity.
  • Strong project management; adept at leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of brand media, partnerships, and digital engagement.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.

Why this role
