As a Senior Boiler Operator, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our boiler systems while helping ensure uninterrupted plant operations. You will oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergency breakdowns, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize system performance. In this critical role, you will conduct daily chemical testing and monitor boiler and cooling tower water quality, maintain accurate operational records, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This position has a base rate of $43.39 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
