We are looking for firmware developers to work on server solutions for our Taiwan Development Center.

Meanwhile, you will be responsible for collaborating with experienced engineers in other fields to create firmware/software solutions for Jabil server products, which may include user interfaces, applications, and user experience enhancements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working with external partners and internal experts to develop solutions for Jabil server products.
2. Conducting root cause analysis and delivering appropriate solutions.
3. Creating and reviewing BIOS functional requirements and feature design documentation.
4. Striving to become an expert in a specific field within Jabil.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer architectures such as x86 or ARM.
• 3+ years of experience in BIOS development and debugging.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and C#, with the ability to write scalable code.
• Familiarity with AMI/Insyde/Phoenix code structure and UEFI framework is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, unit test plans, and documentation.
• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of firmware/software development experience.
