Compensation:
Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $76,500 - $162,800.
Organization Overview:
The Discovery Chemistry Research & Technologies organization (DCR&T) within Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated biologist with expertise in cell engineering and assay development to join our Molecular Pharmacology team at Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will be part of a highly integrated, agile, and collaborative team, encompassing Biophysics, Bioanalytical, Chemical Biology to bring innovative Molecular Pharmacology approaches to accelerate the drug discovery pipeline. In this position, the candidate will assist in cell line generation, assay development, and high throughput screening to identify and characterize the in vitro pharmacology of novel therapeutics, playing a crucial role in supporting our comprehensive drug discovery efforts.
