The AMXL Global Benchmarking team drives competitive intelligence and operational excellence across Amazon's worldwide heavy-bulky logistics network. Our AMXL network is a cornerstone of operations, facilitating the seamless delivery of oversized and specialized items to customers' doorsteps through four distinct building types: IXDs (Inbound Cross Docks), FCs (Fulfillment Centers), SCs (Sort Centers), and DSs (Delivery Stations). The Global Benchmarking team supports these building types and the teams that run them by executing end-to-end competitive benchmarking studies - including north star metrics, competitor analysis, and customer journey evaluation. We translate best practices and industry insights into actionable recommendations that inform operational standards, enhance customer experience, and support AMXL's growth strategy. We are a small, high-impact team that values intellectual curiosity, structured execution, and a passion for understanding how the competitive landscape shapes the services we deliver.
