Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in a clinician-led environment. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, develop ABA programs, perform FBAs, and educate parents while maintaining flexible, hybrid scheduling. Strong autonomy, collaboration, and commitment to client outcomes are essential.

BCBA certification is required; a commitment to ongoing professional development and best-practice care is expected. We offer extensive onboarding and competitive compensation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation

What We’re Looking For

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
