We reframe old problems, seek new solutions, and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform development and validation testing at the coupon, component, sub-system, and system levels for high voltage battery packs.

  • Develop test plans targeting specific failure modes, demonstrating robustness, or understanding underlying physics.
  • Create test procedures defining instrumentation, fixturing, test environment, and safety parameters.
  • Lead testing efforts with cross-functional teams, external labs, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical input for FMEA, design, manufacturing, CAE correlation, and DVP development.
  • Improve or develop new test capabilities, including automations, scripts, data processing, and test stands.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of automotive or related experience.
  • Experience with CAD and fixture design.
  • Preferred experience testing high voltage batteries.
  • Eager to learn and explore technical topics.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.
