About The Job

The Senior Strategist for DealerClub will drive growth and retention by bridging marketing and sales with a first-class product experience. This role combines strategic product marketing and sales enablement, ensuring clear communication of DealerClub's value across all market-facing teams and channels. Deep understanding of messaging strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling campaigns is essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies to grow customer base and transactions.
  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging for B2B marketing campaigns, collaborating with campaign, operational, and content teams.
  • Apply automotive industry knowledge and B2B marketing best practices to craft impactful messages and optimize programs.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training, playbooks, collateral, and battle cards.
  • Maintain a library of assets for Sales, Training, and Events, such as case studies, presentations, and product guides.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and inform product development.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Required Experience/Skills
  • 5-7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in automotive retail or wholesale sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute impactful B2B marketing and sales enablement programs independently.
  • Strong leadership skills, including organizing priorities, delegating, and resource management. This role offers growth into management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.
  • Deep understanding of business insights, organizational dynamics, and relationship management with partners.
Salary Range

$101,100.00 - $126,400.00
