Join a pioneering company on a mission to explore the stars as a Senior Avionics R&D Test Engineer. In this exciting role, you will design and develop innovative test systems for cutting-edge electronic hardware and software used in rockets and spacecraft. Your expertise will ensure the safety and reliability of our technology, making a direct impact on humanity's journey to Mars. Collaborate with talented engineers and take on the challenge of creating robust test architectures and automation solutions in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about aerospace technology and ready to push boundaries, this opportunity is for you!
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.
Want to drive innovation...all the way to Mars? As a member of the Avionics Test group, you will have the unique opportunity to design and develop test systems for all the electronic hardware and software on our rockets and spacecraft. This includes but is not limited to: flight computers, power conversion units, analog and digital circuit boards, FPGAs, and communication system units. You will be expected to create new test programs from the ground up, and your work will be the last line of defense before our vehicles get shipped out the door. Our fundamental goal is to allow humanity to explore the stars; with it comes extreme responsibility to ensure the safety of the crew and payload. Are you up for the challenge?
