• Design, develop, and implement enterprise automation using UiPath/Blue Prism/C#/Python with focus on scalability and security.
• Champion software engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, testing strategies, documentation, and reusable components.
• Design and implement AI-enabled automation leveraging Generative AI and IDP via APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex production incidents and drive improvements for stability, performance, and developer productivity.

The Intelligent Automation team is responsible for designing, building, and evolving enterprise automation solutions that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA), software engineering, and AI technologies. Our team includes automation developers, technical leaders, and people leaders who work together to deliver scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions using technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, C#, and AI-enabled frameworks.

Role Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development – Design, develop, and implement enterprise‑grade automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, C#, Python, and related technologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and operational resilience.
• Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence – Champion software engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, testing strategies, documentation, and reusable component design to improve quality and consistency across the automation portfolio.
• AI & Intelligent Automation Integration – Design and implement solutions that leverage AI capabilities, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, APIs, and enterprise platforms to enhance automation outcomes and user experiences.
• Mentorship & Capability Building – Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers, promote knowledge sharing, and support the growth of engineering capabilities across the team.
• Solution Design & Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with business analysts, architects, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and contribute to architectural decision‑making.
• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement – Lead troubleshooting activities for complex production incidents, identify root causes, and drive improvements that enhance platform stability, performance, and developer productivity.

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in RPA/intelligent automation development with hands‑on delivery of automation solutions.
• 2+ years of integrating Rest APIs
• 1+ years of integrating RPA automations with AI solutions
• 1+ years of mentoring/coaching team members

Preferred Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of Blue Prism development experience
• 2+ years of UiPath development experience
• 2+ years of C# programming experience
• Delivered 3+ projects integrated with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Delivered 3+ projects utilizing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and automation governance principles

Work Shift
