Federal Express Corporation seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel to the corporate entity and subsidiaries. The role requires a Juris Doctorate, bar admission, and at least six years of practice, with strong research and writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
The position is hybrid with Memphis, TN preference and opportunities to support multiple jurisdictions as needed. Knowledge of employment, regulatory and transactional matters is a plus.
To provide legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws.
Sr Attorney I&II: Mkt N & Y: $9,932.42 - $19,864.85 |Mkt M: $11,422.28 - $22,844.58 Sr Counsel: Mkt N & Y: $10,514.54 - $21,029.09| Mkt M: $12,091.72 - $24,183.45
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN (preferred), PGH, PA, Plano, TX, Irvine, CA, or DC and candidates must live within 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
