LeoForce in Georgia seeks a seasoned Sr. Attorney to lead complex litigation from filing through appeal, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.

You will manage trial preparation, coordinate with experts, draft pleadings, and guide junior attorneys while upholding ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
• Proven trial experience, including first chair and second chair roles in jury trials.
• Expertise in tort law, including truck and auto accidents and medical malpractice.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
