This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in fashion, culture and current trends. You’re resourceful and have the ability to prioritize and anticipate business needs and requests. You are a leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational, written, and communication skills, and the ability to work well with partners.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You will be responsible for driving and understanding sales goals by category and partner focused on full-price selling. You will be accountable for training and motivating the store teams, building relationships, conducting seasonal product knowledge seminars and participating in in-store events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consistently analyze business plans by door and strategize how to meet and exceed goals
  2. Drive full-price sell-through by maintaining consistent communication with store teams regarding sales, goals, employee motivation, competitor performance, seasonal clinics and in-store events
  3. Maintain a strong visual presentation in all doors through implementation of seasonal Brand Directives
  4. Responsible for ensuring product is presented with integrity both on the sales floor and in the stockrooms
  5. Secure prime real estate for the Tory Burch brand
  6. Facilitate seasonal Product Knowledge sessions across designated area
  7. Maintain consistent communication with corporate wholesale team - best/worst sellers, market overview, competitive feedback, inventory and assortment opportunity
  8. Conduct weekly conference calls with Wholesale Field Team and weekly touch base with Wholesale Field Manager to maintain open communication regarding successes and challenges and to leverage best practices
  9. Create strategies to motivate and incentive store teams
  10. Own and develop brand and product education for DSAs

To Land This Role:

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Corporate experience required in Visuals, Retail Merchandising or Brand Training
  • Experience in Women’s Handbags/Accessories, Footwear or RTW—preferably all
  • Ability to travel necessary
  • Public speaking skills required
  • Managerial experience mandatory
