Join Our Team as a Senior Associate, Tax Asset Management (Tech Enablement) at KPMG US

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize tasks to meet milestones and complete deliverables on time, while adhering to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members across all phases of deliverables.
  3. Prepare documentation, including scope and business requirements for form logic, defaults, and business rules.
  4. Conduct tax technical research on state and federal forms, instructions, and calculation rules; develop and modify test plans and scenarios for accuracy.
  5. Participate in functional and system testing, document deficiencies, recommend improvements, and validate outputs.
  6. Utilize existing tools for data transfer and manipulation to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of recent experience in partnership compliance with multistate filings; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in software and process solution research, planning, and recommendation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Strong skills in organizing and interpreting tax partnership forms, instructions, and related documentation.
  • Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
