Job Description

This role is hybrid, performed both from home and an office on select days based on team needs. It can be based in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY.
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate to partner with LinkedIn Talent Solutions R&D leaders to shape product strategy, monitor key metrics, identify trends, and assess the financial impact of initiatives. This cross-functional role emphasizes operational rigor and strong execution.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in finance, management consulting, investment banking, or similar, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years in tech industry; background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or growth roles within tech; advanced Excel/SQL skills; effective communication skills for strategic presentations to senior leadership.
