What We Need:

COMPANY: McKesson Corporation

POSITION: Sr. Associate Software Developer/Engineer

LOCATION: 5440 W 110th St, Suite 200, Overland Park, KS 66211

JOB DUTIES: Develop application components in an Agile environment utilizing a test-driven approach. Make enhancements to existing software improving overall performance and user experience. Perform quality assurance testing on the application, ensuring adherence to functional requirements, identifying any defects or issues. Work on enhancement and maintenance of a web application. Write batch jobs to maintain daily and weekly updates to the database. Identify and automate recurrent Service Requests which decrease the ticket rate by 20%.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, Software Development, or a related occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

• Programming Languages: PHP(Laravel) and Java;
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VueJS;
• Databases: SQL and MariaDB; and
• Tools: Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git, HeidiSQL, JIRA, Jenkins, SVN, and Agile/Scrum.

OFFERED WAGE: $92,435- $125,100/year
