Compensation and Benefits: Our Total Rewards package is competitive, with a base salary range of $81,520 - $106,995, considering skills, experience, education, and location. Benefits include profit sharing, incentives, and comprehensive programs valued by our employees.

Position Overview: The Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management for Pet/Alt Channels, contributes to our long-term strategy by ensuring profitable growth across existing and new customers in the US. Responsibilities include establishing and building customer relationships, managing new and emerging retail channels, and handling tasks such as new item setup, supply chain troubleshooting, forecasting, and promotion planning. The role offers growth opportunities through strategic leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage objectives related to sales, distribution, trade spend, promotional effectiveness, merchandising, and customer engagement.
  2. Build credible and trusting relationships with retailer teams.
  3. Identify and pursue new retailer relationships across high-growth and established channels.
  4. Discover potential new retail channels and opportunities.
  5. Manage prospective new customers with urgency, coordinating with HQ teams to ensure timely results.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of sales experience with major retailers or in customer marketing/planning within a consumer brand/CPG company.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience in account management and new account setup.
  • Negotiation and selling techniques expertise.
  • Growth mindset and ability to navigate unknown territories.
  • Strong work ethic, especially in remote sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with data assessment skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time position during standard business hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Home office role; candidate must be near a major US airport.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • No relocation available.
