Job Description

L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Finance team member who will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for programs. The Senior Associate of Program Finance conducts detailed financial analysis, works within an integrated program management team to develop and maintain program cost and revenue controls. In this role, you will regularly communicate financial position of programs to management, while understanding program requirements to evaluate risks and opportunities through continued dialog with integrated program management team.

Essential Functions

• Prepare accounting requests for contract setups, renewals, revenue, and invoicing events.

Pay Transparency

• In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $57,500 - $107,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
