Responsibilities
- Manage and support program supply resourcing, developing relationships with internal and external partners
- Direct and coordinate activities for program implementation and evaluation
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
- Support the Program Manager by co-leading national relationships and critical areas of work
- Provide guidance to regions and act as a key contact for program leads and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentations
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of grant agreements and grant management
- Experience in creating presentations and developing training modules
- Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Flexibility and adaptability in project support and teamwork
- Experience working in disaster relief or related fields
