Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and administer complex and significant operational investment and accounting activities.
  2. Maintain the processes surrounding the tracking, monitoring, recording, reconciling of investments and all related activities.
  3. Work with external third-party service providers and internal systems to improve automation for document retrieval and organization. Build tools and templates to improve data processing for existing and prospective investment managers.
  4. Maintain external alternative investment database and related private reporting. Improve market insight capabilities by retrieving and analyzing information from the external investment database.
  5. Review and monitor client related balances and initiate the distribution of capital to/from clients as needed.
  6. Facilitate the addition and removal of accounts. Support monthly accounting close procedures.
  7. Support risk management and compliance in reporting of liquidity metrics, rating agency reporting, and compliance reporting. Assist in re-balancing across all participants and portfolios.

Requirements

Education:

  1. High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  1. Interest and/or experience in both investing and accounting preferred.
  2. Experience working with databases and large datasets highly preferred.
  3. Prior programming experience, especially with R, Python, and/or Javascript, highly preferred.
