Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are currently partnered with a $50B AUM credit fund that is currently expanding their treasury organization by bring on an associate of fund finance. The firm is known for being a leading global credit platform operating across fixed income, structured credit, and private credit strategies.

This individual will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s Private Credit and CLO businesses by managing fund liquidity, capital activities, financing structures, and risk exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liquidity Management: Monitor and forecast liquidity needs across multiple funds and vehicles, ensuring optimal use of cash and credit facilities.
• Capital Activity Oversight: Support capital calls, distributions, investor flows, and internal capital allocations, ensuring alignment with fund terms and investor agreements.
• Debt and Leverage Management: Track and manage leverage across funds, including CLO structures, subscription lines, NAV facilities, and other financing solutions.
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk & Hedging: Analyze FX exposures and execute hedging strategies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Counterparty Risk Management: Monitor counterparty exposures across PBs, ISDAs, and financing lines, and maintain relationships with key financial institutions.
• Prime Brokerage & Financing Operations: Allocate assets efficiently across prime brokers and financing platforms to optimize margin, capital, and risk.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal, Operations, Investor Relations, and external service providers.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in fund treasury, fund finance, structured finance, or related roles in asset management, investment banking, or prime brokerage.
• Strong technical understanding of private credit and CLO structures, including subscription lines and derivatives.
• Familiarity with treasury operations, cash forecasting, fund-level financing, and FX hedging tools.
• Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, PBs, and financing counterparties.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
