  • Track realized savings and support post-implementation measurement & verification (M&V).
  • Serve as site technical owner or key user for Clockworks energy analytics.
  • Interpret Clockworks insights to identify system inefficiencies, control issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to translate Clockworks findings into corrective actions and sustained improvements.
Energy Performance & EnPI Management

  • Analyze energy intensity, normalization factors, and performance trends to identify efficiency opportunities and quantify savings.
  • Ensure data quality, baseline integrity, and traceability for energy performance reporting.
Cross-Functional & Site Engagement
  • Partner with Facilities, Utilities, EHS, Maintenance, and Capital Project teams to embed energy efficiency into daily operations and project design.
  • Support site leadership with technical inputs, dashboards, and performance reviews related to energy and Net Zero progress.
  • Contribute to change management, training, and capability building related to energy awareness and system optimization.
  • Champion Cultural Transformation at site thru newsletters, onsite workshops, and recognition program
