Qualifications

• Proficient in site reliability principles and implementation.
• Programming in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI, and related tech domains.
• Observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
• Container/orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Networking troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to propose innovative solutions to business problems.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Proficient in site reliability principles and implementation within applications or platforms
• Skilled in at least one programming language (Python, Java/Spring Boot, .Net)
• Strong knowledge of software applications and technical processes (e.g., Cloud, AI, Android)
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform)
• Understanding of container and orchestration technologies (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Ability to troubleshoot networking technologies and issues
• Effective communicator in collaborative team environments
• Proactive in recognizing roadblocks and eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to contribute innovative solutions to business challenges

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience supporting front-office teams, ideally on a trading floor
• Product knowledge of Fixed Income
• Practical experience orchestrating AI/LLM-based agents for operational automation
• Proficient in building automation, tooling, and reliability scripts; comfortable with packaging, testing, and using common SRE/infra libraries
