Role Summary
Become a pivotal member of the Business Operations team, contributing directly to the strategic and operational success of RV Tech as we scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of high-impact activities:

  • Project Execution & Collaboration: Drive key workstreams within cross-functional strategic projects with high visibility, ensuring effective collaboration and progress across teams.
  • Process Design & Operationalization: Contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of essential business processes to enhance RV Tech's efficiency.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Support C-Suite effectiveness by facilitating communication, tracking priorities, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to inform strategic decisions and provide quantitative insights to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage specific workstreams and drive progress within cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring clear communication and accountability among stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and implement new operational processes; identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
  • Support the execution and ongoing operation of established business processes across departments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to support strategic initiatives and leadership communication.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement, including current-state assessments, benchmarking, and best practices identification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, IT, Legal, etc.) to support key initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
  • Track KPIs and develop insights to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate activities and information flow between RV Tech, Rivian, and Volkswagen Group on strategic projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or analytics.
  • Experience in Automotive, Electrical Hardware, or Software industries is a plus.
  • Effective collaboration and results-driven in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform standard office duties.
