The Manager- Marketing Analytics (US I&A) will play a critical role in building and driving best-in-class tools and capabilities that enable Mondelez to develop breakthrough media plans and strategies that translate into short and long-term brand growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Advanced Analytics (US I&A), this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action. This role will drive the marketing effectiveness measurement agenda with a focus on Marketing Mix Modelling, agile media tracking, and high-level BTL analytics, to provide key insights and recommendations for business growth and ROI improvement.

The role requires strong collaboration skills, bringing together and aligning cross-functional partners such as Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelez Digital Services, and key publisher partners (e.g., Google, Meta), along with Creative, Production, and Media Agencies.

It also requires expertise in advanced analytics, including regression modelling, data analysis, visualization, and strong commercial acumen to connect dots across different data sources and business actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Measure and optimize the impact of paid, owned & earned media (TV, digital, social, eCom/DTC, sponsorships), including audience insights and post-flight evaluation/analysis of business & brand impact (Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-touch attribution, ROI).
  2. Drive insights on business performance drivers using MMM and regression techniques, informing what’s working and not in driving growth.
  3. Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Marketing, and Media agencies to champion data-driven media strategies and design test-and-learn approaches.
  4. Develop monitoring solutions to track execution of action plans.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years in insights & analytics managerial roles, focusing on creative/media insights & analytics, in media agencies, analytics vendors, or CPG companies
  • Strong expertise in leveraging data, analytics, and insights to fuel creative development; familiarity with key vendors, methodologies, especially Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Closed Loop Measurement
  • Passion for the media industry and broad knowledge of media insights & analytics practices
  • Transformative change agent with innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and a “test & learn” mentality
  • Ability to work efficiently with different parties, resolving barriers to progress
  • Strong bias for action and proven influence skills in a matrixed organization
  • Effective storyteller who can influence stakeholders and drive action

The base salary range is $95,100 to $130,800, depending on experience, skills, and education. This position is eligible for a competitive bonus program. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life/disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, education programs, holidays, and vacation. No relocation support available.
