DistributionNOW is seeking a Sr. Assembler for the 2nd shift in Tomball, TX. You will assemble or fabricate mechanical parts using various tools and equipment across a production line, following blueprints and drawings.

The role requires reading skills, basic welding, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a team. A high school diploma and assembly experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of materials to assemble equipment.
• Perform basic welding and use hand tools listed in the job.
• Maintain inventory in work stations and perform quality checks.
• Identify defects and document them per procedures.
• Rework or repair assemblies per engineering changes.
• Keep area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
