What You’ll Do

As a Sr Assembler, you’ll:

  • Perform a variety of production assembly operations, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks, on hardware such as modules, circuit card assemblies, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Execute complex rework, soldering, wiring, and testing operations using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation.
  • Assemble and solder components to meet stringent Class 3 requirements, ensuring precision and reliability in every detail.
  • Conduct inspections, verify quality, and maintain cleanliness of soldering equipment and workstations.
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented environment to meet delivery schedules and exceed customer expectations.
  • Adapt and flex to other areas of production as needed, continuously expanding your skill set.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Possess 1-6 years of soldering experience and are ready to become J-STD-001 and IPC-610 Class 3 certified within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Are proficient in reading and comprehending technical work instructions, schematics, and safety documents.
  • Have experience with wiring, harness assembly, and cable work, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Are comfortable working with hazardous materials and chemicals, and can lift/move materials up to 35 pounds.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using personal computers to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions.
  • Have prior experience in electronics, de-soldering, rework, and repair, with IPC 7711/7721 certification as a plus.
