Job Description Summary
We are seeking candidates with demonstrated soldering expertise to join our team as Sr Assembler. Ideal candidates will have 1-6 years of soldering experience, including proficiency in complex soldering tasks such as forming and soldering through-hole components, hand-placing SMT parts, and routing jumper wires to meet Class 3 requirements. Experience with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 certifications is essential, with the ability to achieve certification within the first 30 days of employment. Additional skills include performing soldering and inspection activities using a 10X microscope, selecting proper soldering iron tips, and preparing various component types such as trimming, forming, stripping, and hand-tinning wires or parts. Prior experience in de-soldering, rework, and repair (IPC 7711/7721 certification desired) is highly valued, along with a proven ability to maintain cleanliness of soldering equipment and workstations. Candidates with 5+ years of electronics experience and a strong background in team-oriented environments are encouraged to apply.
