We're seeking a talented Senior Art Director to join our Sports Marketing creative team at Prime Video. In this role, you'll help shape and execute compelling visual narratives that bring our sports content to life and connect with passionate fans.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with creative leadership to develop and execute design solutions across various marketing campaigns for Prime Video's sports properties
  2. Create polished, on-brand visual designs for both static and motion deliverables
  3. Support the development of comprehensive campaign visual systems and guidelines
  4. Ensure design excellence and consistency across all creative assets
  5. Partner with copywriters, producers, and other creative team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  6. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and conceptual development phases
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of experience in art direction, with a focus on digital and broadcast media
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design, typography, and visual storytelling
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design/production software
- Strong understanding of motion design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sports marketing or entertainment industry preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience working with major sports properties or leagues
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Experience with video editing and animation tools
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats
- Understanding of current sports culture and fan engagement

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
