The role requires a engineering or business degree with extensive aggregates operations experience, plus a proven track record in budgeting and cross-functional leadership.

• 10+ years of aggregates operations management experience.
• Five years of aggregates operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant activity and drive performance for assets in the Philadelphia market.
• Analyze asset performance, procedures, and personnel productivity for quality and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to ensure effective fleet and maintenance plans.
• Prepare and implement annual operating and capital budgets and capex requests.
• Partner with EH&S to maintain a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and develop talent to strengthen bench strength for key roles.
• Evaluate subordinates and coach to reach full potential.
• Lead teams to achieve safety, environment, profit, and quality goals.
• Foster relations with Sales, Quality Control and CI to maximize value.
