Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. (CTTI) is seeking a Sr. Applications Support Engineer to own the daily health of its SaaS stack and keep 300+ users productive. You will manage identity security, automate processes, and deliver leadership-ready metrics from the Aventura, Florida headquarters.

The role reports to the CIO and requires on-site presence, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth within the Cardone Enterprises ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering business SaaS at scale.
• Identity and access management: SSO, MFA, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Aventura, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily health of the SaaS stack and keep users productive.
• Secure identities, onboard/offboard users, and enforce devices compliance.
• Automate workflows to speed business processes.
• Deliver dashboards and metrics to leadership for actionable decisions.
• Support CIO on quarterly reviews, compliance work, and vendor renewals.
