- Strong knowledge of engineering approaches, clinical workflows, or revenue cycle processes
- Epic accreditation or certification in designated application required within six months of hire
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to teamwork and diversity

- Demonstrated experience with IT solutions in a clinical or revenue cycle setting
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art engineering approaches in application design and support
- Familiarity with various health system processes and interdependencies
