Job summary

Intellibee is seeking a highly skilled Appian Specialist to design, build, and support scalable Appian solutions that automate core business processes and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate holds an active Appian Developer certification, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with AWS and Java. You will collaborate with stakeholders and product owners across locations, delivering modern Appian features and driving projects independently.

Qualifications

• Active Appian certification is required.
• Strong SQL/database experience is required for backend development.
• Experience with AWS and Java/full-stack development is a bonus.
• Familiarity with modern Appian functionality (Records over CDTs, Data Fabric, Composer, AI integration) is preferred.

Core Technical Skill Requirements:

Goal: Design, build, and support scalable Appian solutions to automate business processes and improve user experience.

• Appian Certification: An active, valid Appian Developer certification is strictly required.
• SQL Skills: Strong SQL/database experience is required for backend development.
• AWS & Java Knowledge: Experience with AWS (preferred, not required) and general Java/full-stack development background is a bonus.
• Modern Appian Features: Experience with modern Appian functionality (e.g., Records over CDTs, Data Fabric, Composer, AI integration/Claude) is strongly preferred over legacy systems.
• Communication: Strong ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and 5 product owners across locations.
• Conceptual Thinking: Proactive problem-solver who can drive projects independently from the ground up rather than acting as an "order taker".
• Must have an active appian certification
