The Sr. App Developer Programmer Analyst is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Position Overview:
Analyze, Estimate, Design, Develop, Document, and Implement well tested solutions that satisfy the requirements of each application development request within the allocated time and budget. Take On- Call support of specific systems. Document applications, build and execute test scripts for applications.

Essential Job Functions/Principal Accountabilities:

* Create an appropriate test environment for the project team to work with and validate the delivered solutions.
* Develop and test solutions using the McLane development tools in the development environment that meet McLane standards.
* Provide the appropriate implementation documentation for installs.
* Manage and execute the system-testing process and UAT process.
* Support the implementation and post-implementation activities.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
A teammate in this position must have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related experience.
* 5+ years of design, development, deployment and maintenance of software application.
* Strong analytical skills, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
* Working with cross functional project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* 5+ years of Oracle Batch PLSQL, Oracle Merge statements, Common Table Expressions (CTE).
* Ability to work independently and with other team members.
