Project Kuiper aims to expand global broadband access via a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its goal is to provide fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide, helping bridge the digital divide for consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations lacking reliable connectivity.

Position Overview: As an Antenna Engineer, you will collaborate with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to develop and test Payload phased array antennas and customer terminals using advanced testing systems like Spherical Near-Field (SNF), Planar NF, and robotic CATR antenna test systems. You will also contribute to building our Antenna Metrology lab, designing new test systems to accelerate antenna beam pattern testing, dynamic beam pointing, and link verification, aiming to create the fastest Ka-band antenna test system globally.
About the Team: The Kuiper Antenna Test Infrastructure team provides essential test systems and techniques to verify satellite hardware, integrating automation and connecting responsible engineers with their test metrics. The team is highly multidisciplinary, involving SysDE, SDE, ME, Metrology, Antenna, FPGA, and Lab Ops specialists working collaboratively.
