What You Will Do:

• Experience in IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and RedHatEnterpriseLinuxenvironment.
• Working as a team member in a faste‑pacedtechnologicalenvironment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of basic to moderate scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems.
• Manage virtualized environments.
• Experience with Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals to include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
• Experience with hardware RAID, hardware and software encryption and server management tools.
• Experience in data backup and restore, using industry best practice.
• Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
• Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
• Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.
• Systems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
• Travelrequiredas businessneedsdictate to other US Domestic locations, up to 10% per year.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Experience with network services related to Microsoft Windows environment (e.g. DC, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

• Experience with an IT incident/service request system.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
