Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks an experienced analytics professional to lead data-driven decision-making. You will create metrics, dashboards and insights for business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in analytics or related roles, deep SQL expertise (T-SQL/PL-SQL), and a BA/BS plus MBA/MS preferred. Local to the DFW area with on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA/MS or equivalent is a plus.
• 7+ years in analytics, business analysis, or similar roles handling large/complex data sets.
• Experience developing metrics and fostering business partner relationships.
• Expertise in data visualization and data storytelling (Power BI/Fabric).
• Advanced SQL skills, including T-SQL and PL/SQL.

• Partner with finance, operations and other teams to align data insights with strategy.
