Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking an Analytics Consultant to work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area in a hybrid role (onsite 3 days/week). The candidate will operate across data engineering, analytics, dashboarding and business analysis to deliver actionable insights.

Required are 7+ years of analytics experience, deep SQL and Power BI skills, data modeling expertise, and strong communication with stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe is preferred.

Location: Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, TX hybrid -Onsite 3 days/week (Tue Thu)

Submission Requirements

• Must be local to DFW, TX and available 3 days onsite.
• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Do not submit candidates with 8 14 years of experience who completed their Bachelor's in India.

Role

Seeking a highly technical Analytics Consultant who can operate across Data Engineering, Analytics, Dashboarding, and Business Analysis.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert Power BI / Microsoft Fabric and data visualization/storytelling.
• Expert SQL, including T-SQL and PL/SQL.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling.
• Strong experience with cloud data architecture / Azure Data Solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling (3NF, Star Schema).
• Data governance, architecture, management, and Azure Purview.
• Ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe.

Preferred

• Financial services or regulated-industry experience.
• Microsoft Fabric / Power BI certification.
• Git, data mapping/lineage, statistical analysis, and conceptual/logical/physical data design.
