Raytheon seeks a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management to join our Inventory Compliance team in the U.S. This role focuses on safeguarding inventory, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records through analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, and other stakeholders to uphold operational excellence and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience with Special Program Access ERP systems.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance.
• Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within Special Program Access.
• Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability.
• Support audits and assessments to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
