RTX is seeking a security professional to provide industrial security in a classified environment at our Tucson, AZ facility for second shift. You will manage personnel records, document control, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
This role requires a Top Secret clearance (active) and the ability to obtain it, familiarity with DoD 5205.07, ICD 705, and NISPOM, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and secure data handling.

Provide industrial security in a classified environment for personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents / materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
Support specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material/information.
Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections.
Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).
Maintain personnel records and conduct data entry.
Role may involve extended work hours, due to fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
A valid driver’s license is required, as this position may involve escorting individuals across business locations.
This is an on site position and for 2nd Shift at our facility in Tucson, AZ.
You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience with any of the following: NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and/or ICD 705.
Experience with Microsoft Products Active and transferable Top-Secret clearance is required.
U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance prior to start date.
Qualification We Prefer Previous experience as a security professional supporting Special program Access and/or SCI programs.
Experience in Personnel Security Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related fields of study.
Experience/Knowledge of National Security Related training with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) including Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
This role is not eligible for Relocation
