The Strategic Planning and Integration team challenges the status quo and develops strategies to drive OnStar’s growth and position GM as a leader in the commercial and government sectors. We collaborate with cross-functional teams across Envolve to develop a coherent software go-to-market strategy that adds value to the core business and explores future market opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Planning & Initiatives, the Sr. Analyst supports the team’s strategic initiatives and conducts in-depth financial, market, and industry analyses to accelerate retention and growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven track record of data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the activation and execution of strategic projects, serving as a resource and thought partner to key stakeholders.
  2. Create comprehensive business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  3. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate business insights and actionable recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with GM teams and external resources to gather data and generate insights that inform strategy development.
  5. Apply data and analytics methodologies to set strategic direction and validate hypotheses.
  6. Communicate complex business concepts through compelling storytelling, conveying clear and actionable points.
