The Strategic Planning and Integration team challenges the status quo and develops strategies to drive OnStar's growth and leadership in the commercial and government sectors. We collaborate across Envolve to craft a coherent go-to-market software strategy that adds value and positions GM for future market opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Planning & Initiatives, the Sr. Analyst supports strategic initiatives and conducts in-depth financial, market, and industry analyses to accelerate retention and growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven record of data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the activation and execution of strategic projects, serving as a resource and thought partner to stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive business cases and financial models.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with GM teams and external resources to gather data and deepen market and customer understanding.
• Apply data analytics to guide strategy and test hypotheses.
