Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Strategy and Planning Analyst for Global Cybersecurity Services in a hybrid, in-office role in South Florida. You will drive strategic plans, governance, and performance tracking across cybersecurity initiatives and executive reporting.

The role requires 5–7 years as a Sr Analyst, a business or data analytics degree, and experience with automation and analytics tools (Power Platform, SQL). Travel and relocation considerations apply.

5-7 years experience as a Sr Analyst.

Develop high-quality documentation including business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, and process documentation.
Apply foundational corporate finance concepts to support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and investment evaluation for cybersecurity initiatives.
Leverage AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity, automate reporting and analysis, and improve data synthesis and decision-making speed.

This role blends analytical rigor, process engineering, and executive-level communication to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and ensure business value realization.

The analyst serves as a strategic coordinator across geographically dispersed stakeholders and acts as a representative of GCS, requiring diplomacy, clarity, and influence at all organizational levels.

This position is classified as “in-office.”As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

Paid Time Off:

Vacation Time – All full-time employees at the manager and below level start with 14 days/year; director and above level start with 19 days/year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure.
Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year.Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
