Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in operations or product operations with hands-on CRM/SFA or QTC experience and strong project management skills. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly.

  • Proven track record designing, transforming, or optimizing New Product Introduction processes/frameworks.
  • Ability to capture stakeholder feedback and translate insights into actionable requirements.
  • Strong project management background with experience driving cross-functional change and integration.
  • Hands-on technical and functional experience with CRM, SFA, or Quote-to-Cash/Price Book systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, stand up, and refine NPI frameworks to streamline cross-functional alignment and scale launch throughput.
  • Establish channels to collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Operations.
  • Lead operational workstreams for new product launches to ensure go-to-market readiness.
  • Support migration of contracts, SKUs, and pricing structures during integration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies for GA deployments.
