Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a part of RTX Corporation, is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the indirect materials Procure-to-Pay process and support Supply Chain objectives. You will identify suppliers, place POs, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus SAP/ERP exposure and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems (Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX or PRISM) in a supply chain or procurement environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified suppliers for requirements, fully leveraging existing agreements.
• Manage purchase order placement process from requisition to invoice payment for assigned commodities within the Indirect team.
• Obtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery in support of commodity supplier and cost strategies.
• Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations sourcing decisions
• Ensure product on-time delivery to schedule
• Initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time and terms & conditions
• Complete purchase order documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure timely placement of orders to support business needs and meet team defined turn times
• Strong communication skills to interface with requisitioner and other functional groups
• Ability to work as a team member independently based on additional projects as assigned to support Supply Chain organization.

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities that support operational requirements and Supply Chain objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting business operations while helping drive innovation and excellence in aerospace procurement.

What You Will Do :

Proficiency in SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement strategies.

Knowledge of Indirect commodities in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
