Position Summary
This role will support the Payment’s operation function for Samsung Ecommerce. He/She should be familiar with the ins and outs of online payment operation, own the financial management knowledge of sales deduction items and directly support Samsung’s relationships with payment partners. Strong analytical skills and clear communication is highly preferred.
Position Objectives
- Develop and manage the forecasting of financing fee
- Create and manage Sales deduction conditions and claims by products and partner for Financing
- Provide monthly promotion redemption result to accounting teams
- Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports to related business team.
- Track carrier bounty and carrier mirrored promotion information to support Sales Finance team to determine accrual and reconcile claims.
- Monthly reporting about promotion performance and publish the report to 3 internal carrier account team
- Payment Partner business management
- Payment performance monitoring and reporting
- Manage portal access administration
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, and 3+ years of progressive, experience in the job offered.
- Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis
- Experience with sales promotion forecast, accrual, invoice, redemption
- Having prior experience on online payment is preferred.
