Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Payments Operations specialist to support the ecommerce finance function. You will forecast financing fees, manage sales deduction rules by product and partner, and deliver monthly promotion redemption reports to accounting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Finance or related field with 3+ years of experience in finance, analysis, and online payment processes. Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in business process, financial and operational analysis.
• Experience with sales promotion forecast, accruals, invoicing, and redemptions.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

This role will support the Payment’s operation function for Samsung Ecommerce. He/She should be familiar with the ins and outs of online payment operation, own the financial management knowledge of sales deduction items and directly support Samsung’s relationships with payment partners. Strong analytical skills and clear communication is highly preferred.

Position Objectives

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, and 3+ years of progressive, experience in the job offered.
• Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis
• Experience with sales promotion forecast, accrual, invoice, redemption
• Having prior experience on online payment is preferred.
