About the Role

To realize our vision of becoming a high-performing house of iconic American brands, Gap Inc. is on a Product to Market Transformation journey. This includes building industry-leading capabilities across our P2M operations. Rooted in financial and operational rigor, we are designing, piloting, and scaling processes, tools, and organizational structures that drive relevance and revenue for each of our brands. This enables us to strengthen capability, creativity, and resilience, and to move at the speed of customers and culture.

The P2M Transformation will define the future state, identify and implement optimized people, processes, and tools required for execution, and mobilize on delivery. The newly-created Senior Analyst P2M Transformation is a critical member of this team. Reporting to the P2M Transformation lead, the primary objective of this position is to support the P2M Transformation team and Gap Inc. in achieving planned goals through rigor, focus, and delivery against key program milestones and objectives.

The work requires comprehensive oversight across all P2M Transformation workstreams, including product creation, assortment, and buying decisions. The role will work with internal and external transformation teams and partners to support the identification of opportunities, achieve program milestones, and deliver critical content.

What You'll Do
  1. Support operationalization of P2M Transformation workstreams in collaboration with Transformation Leadership, including project management deliverables and expectations.
  2. Drive value realization by escalating risks to milestone achievement and focusing on priority delivery.
  3. Ensure programs and initiatives stay on track regarding scope and timeline by partnering with Transformation leadership to hold cross-functional partners accountable.
  4. Provide visibility into program progress, KPI performance, and value tracking; maintain program frameworks such as governance, status reporting, and milestone management.
  5. Proactively identify interdependencies, risks, and issues; activate partners to address issues proactively. Support resolution of RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
  6. Assist program leadership in developing executive and enterprise-wide communication materials.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in strategy/management consulting, retail, or consumer products.
  • Experience in program management and leading PMO activities within complex program structures.
  • Skilled in strategic storytelling and developing executive-level presentations and communications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; experienced in working with cross-functional partners to influence and operationalize initiatives.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic business environment; capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting priorities.
  • Willing to understand and manage program details, including project plans and milestones.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Smartsheet; adept at creating executive presentations and tracking project progress.
