The P2M Transformation will define future state, identify and solution optimized people, process, and tools required to execute, and mobilize on delivery. The newly-created Senior Analyst P2M Transformation is a critical member of the team driving this work. Reporting to the P2M Transformation lead, the primary objective of this position is to support the P2M Transformation team and Gap Inc in achieving planned goals through rigor, focus and delivery against key program milestones and objectives. The work requires comprehensive oversight across all P2M Transformation workstreams that are inclusive of product creation, assortment, and buying decisions; the role will work with internal and external transformation teams and partners to support the identification of opportunities, achieve desired program milestones, and deliver critical content creation.
