The Sr. Analyst, Integrated Marketing Performance serves as the strategic data anchor for our cross-functional marketing initiatives. In this role, you will own the creation and end-to-end performance measurement framework for seasonal campaigns, brand activations, special projects, partnerships, and events. You will be responsible for defining measurable goals before launch, tracking execution metrics in real-time, and delivering the post-project insights that prove ROI and shape future marketing strategies. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex data tracking and executive-level storytelling, translating raw metrics into clear, actionable business scorecards.
Partner with cross-functional brand marketing, creative & digital teams to establish project-specific KPIs and tailored scorecard goals prior to project launch.
Build and maintain dynamic tracking systems to monitor trend data and performance metrics across the entire project lifecycle (pre-launch benchmarks, active in-flight optimization, and post-campaign evaluation).
Design, develop, and standardize comprehensive performance scorecards and dashboards that synthesize multi-channel data into a single source of truth.
Lead the post-mortem process by analyzing campaign/project data, establishing ROI, and compiling comprehensive performance summaries to present key wins and optimization opportunities to leadership.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
