Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Specialist, Cross Category EComm to support digital storefront performance. You’ll curate on-site experiences, monitor site performance, and analyze metrics to optimize how customers discover and shop our brand online.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in eCommerce or digital fashion, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, fast-paced work style. This role includes the opportunity to grow across luxury retail platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; analytics tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update the homepage, category landing pages, and product listing pages daily/weekly.
• Merchandise placements aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and goals.
• Maintain accuracy in product categorization, tags, attributes, and visuals.
• Monitor inventory levels to adjust placements by availability and sales velocity.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams for content accuracy.
• Track site metrics (CTR, conversions, bounce rate) and generate weekly reports.
• Support A/B testing and analyze results to inform merchandising.
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site errors and UX issues.
• Observe competitor sites for merchandising trends and opportunities.
• Assist QA testing for new product launches and seasonal updates.

YOU WILL BE:

As the Specialist, Cross Category EComm, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and performance of our digital storefront. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion who has a sharp eye for detail and is eager to learn how data and site experience work together to drive eCommerce success. You’ll assist in curating on-site product experiences, monitor site performance, and analyze key metrics to help optimize how customers discover and shop our brand online.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Site Merchandising Assist in executing daily and weekly updates to the homepage, category landing pages, and product listing pages
• Merchandise key product placements aligned with brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and sales goals
• Maintain accuracy in product categorization, tags, attributes, and visual presentation
• Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative) to ensure accurate and timely content execution
• Performance Metrics & Reporting Track and analyze key site metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce rate, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimization
• Generate and maintain weekly merchandising and performance reports
• Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform future merchandising strategies
• Site Optimization Help identify and troubleshoot any on-site errors, broken links, or customer experience issues
• Monitor competitor sites for merchandising trends and UX opportunities
• Support QA testing for new product launches, category updates, or seasonal refreshes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
