Burger King is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Loyalty to support the evolution of our loyalty program and help identify opportunities to increase guest engagement, retention, frequency, and long-term value. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Incentives, the role will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of key loyalty and incentive initiatives, including rewards, gamification, challenges, and other engagement mechanics. This role will contribute to the loyalty activation calendar by identifying opportunities to influence guest behavior, supporting testing plans, and using performance insights to continuously optimize the program. The ideal candidate combines strong interest in loyalty and customer engagement with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate guest behavior into actionable recommendations.
